CONCEPT STATEMENT

Eye-catching & memorable

I took inspiration from modern streetwear aesthetics and combined it with friendly illustrations. By experimenting with these concepts, Queens College can appeal to larger demographics and allow its branding to be a lot more versatile. In my designs, I strayed away from traditional fonts and branding colors in search of a new look and feel.

WHAT I’VE LEARNED

When creating assets to be used in the merch design, I took a step out of my comfort zone and illustrated a character — the Queens College Knight mascot. I wanted to insert a unique style and decided that adding my personal touch in the instance was the way to go.
